We are looking for a Data Scientist with 3 to 6 years of experience to build the Fleet Optimizer Module of Rideval Program. the aim of this module is to maximize asset value all along Asset lifecycle & Take decisions about best Asset utilization regularly and instantaneously.

The Fleet Optimizer is part of the Rideval project (based on Ridecell Platform), a strategic Arval project focusing on optimizing logistic processes and also building a comprehensive database of Arval assets (a.k.a Physical Asset Referential).

This role involves close collaboration with international teams and requires strong communication skills in English.

Main missions:

• Work in collaboration with IT/Data/Business to settle the technical solution needed for the project (lab, tactical and target)

• Develop algorithms (expert, stat, AI,..) to create the business Asset Management indices to power the Fleet Optimizer solution.

• Prepare the Asset Management methodology documentation in accordance with the algorithms mentioned above.

• Prepare data requirements to the program when new data sources are needed to develop the algorithms mentioned above.

• Work in strong collaboration with the Data central team to ensure compliancy with Arval policies.

• Contribute with the Remarketing team to deploy new kpis in the Remarketing engine to meet Asset Management needs.

Deliverables:

• Data Discovery of the various sources

• Define the requirements, functional specifications and dictionaries

• Prepare the Data for the creation of algorithms: Data Preparation (Select, Merge, calculate, remap, Performance optimization)

• Develop algorithms (expert, stat, AI,..)

Technical skills:

o Datamining and Machine learning skills: experience on statistical analyses
