The role
We are looking for exceptional engineers to join our fast-growing team automating manual processes for legal professionals. You'll play a central role in developing our AI product and have end-to-end ownership of new features.
You will focus on research and development related to large language models, reporting directly to our CTO, and as part of a lean engineering team, we expect that you are able to contribute across the stack when necessary.

We're Looking For In-depth Experience With
- Python: FastAPI and common packages related to data science
- Svelte
- Building agentic LLM-powered products with RAG and tool usage
- LLM-related frameworks like Langfuse and LangChain or similar
- Vector databases
- Docker
- Software engineering best practices
- Security best practices

- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep sense of urgency in achieving your goals
- A self-starter mindset - you enjoy working independently while keeping the team’s goals in mind
- A pragmatic approach to problem solving. It’s more important to you to solve the problem than to use new/hyped technology
- Ability to balance trade-offs between simple 80% solutions and complex 100% solutions
