This is your chance to join a fast-growing, founder-led product company as a Senior Backend Engineer. You’ll be building out their in-house Remote Game Server platform — the backbone of their future product and infrastructure strategy. From API communication to compliance at scale, from game logic to distributed systems, your work will have a direct, visible impact.

This is a role for engineers who want a mix of technical challenge, product impact, and ownership. You’ll join a small, growing backend team (set to triple by 2026) where autonomy and responsibility come as standard.

Must have:

• Strong Golang backend engineering experience (3+ years in production)
• Solid experience with Docker, Redis, MongoDB, REST APIs
• Familiarity with cloud-native tools (AWS, Kubernetes)
• Clean code principles, design patterns, scalable architectures
• Excellent communication, self-organisation, and ability to thrive in a remote-first setup
• Fluent German (C1) + good English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Java or Kotlin
• Background in regulated environments (FinTech, iGaming, etc.)
• Product-minded approach — you care about outcomes, not just code

You’ll be trusted to own backend services that process millions of real-time transactions, collaborate across teams, and help shape one of the company’s most strategic technology initiatives.
