for our client in Berlin we are looking for a freelance Senior IOS Developer (m/f/d) to help drive the development of scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions. You’ll play a vital role across the full lifecycle—from solution design to delivery and continuous improvement.

Our project is about Accessibility in iOS

Tasks:

-Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, plan, develop, and deliver scalable software for iOS

-Write clean, robust, and testable Swift code with a focus on quality and maintainability

-Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and documentation

-Work closely with Product Management and UX Design to refine designs and functional specs

-Create and verify test cases during feature development and release cycles

-Drive architectural proposals for new features and actively propose improvements

-Conduct code reviews, apply best practices, and foster knowledge sharing

-Stay up-to-date with Apple’s ecosystem—WWDC announcements, frameworks, and tools

-Mentor and support junior developers within the team

Must Haves:

-5+ years of iOS development experience in professional environments

-Strong expertise in Swift and comprehensive understanding of iOS APIs

-Proven track record of contributing to high-impact, scalable consumer apps

-Experience working in agile, high-performing cross-functional teams

-Exceptional debugging, profiling, and performance-tuning skills

-A proactive mindset with a “no job is beneath me” attitude

-Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Project start: asap and fulltime
