Your Tasks

• Support the end-to-end design process for Traumhausverlosung, from user research to final implementation in a team of 2 UX Designers with a strong focus on conception and UI Design.
• Create smooth, efficient, and visually stunning experiences that align with Traumhausverlosung’s brand and build user trust.
• Visualize, document, and communicate design concepts, UI components, patterns, and customer journeys across the entire product lifecycle.
• Continuously validate and iterate on design ideas based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Optimize conversion flows while ensuring credibility, accessibility, and a delightful user experience.
• Maintain and evolve brand visuals to reflect both current design trends and business needs — without sacrificing consistency.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and innovations to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table.
• Help shape and manage an organized, user-centered design process in collaboration with UX peers and PMs.
  
  

What You Offer Us

• Ideally 4 years of product design experience in end-to-end design, from research to final UI implementation
• Expertise in UX and UI design, including creating deliverables across various fidelities and concept development.
• Experience creating immersive visual storytelling and narratives.
• Ability to scale and optimize products for rapid user growth.
• Proficiency in Figma, rapid prototyping tools, and scalable design systems.
• Solid knowledge of UX standards, methodologies, and data-informed design practices.
• Support research activities and use findings to inform decisions.
• Great communication skills in English for guiding stakeholders, understanding customers and sharing knowledge.
• German language skills would be a strong plus.
