HR Generalist – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Are you ready to take on a dynamic HR Generalist role where you’ll be trusted as a key business partner and advisor? This 12-month FTC offers the chance to work across multiple business units, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to impactful HR initiatives. If you’re looking for a role that combines hands-on operational HR with exciting project work, this could be the perfect next step.
A fantastic opportunity to:
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for both legal and business services teams, including international offices
- Deliver trusted HR advisory services on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and resourcing
- Drive operational excellence in payroll, leave management, and day-to-day HR administration
- Partner with senior leadership on projects covering change management, engagement, and EU-level HR initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as HR business partner across multiple departments, building strong and trusted relationships
- Provide proactive advice and coaching to people managers across the full HR spectrum
- Lead on operational HR activities including payroll preparation, leave management, and employee relations
- Support strategic HR projects including pay transparency, auto-enrolment, and change management initiatives
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver innovative and data-driven HR solutions
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ HR Generalist experience, ideally within professional services
- Strong employee relations experience with proven ability to manage complex HR issues
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and personal credibility at senior levels
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong analytical and reporting skills
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- Discreet, professional, and adept at managing sensitive HR matters
