Senior Project Manager - Dublin - 2 days per month on site
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead end-to-end device supply projects within a pharmaceutical/medical device environment. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, and resources while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational excellence practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver projects that support efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Job Responsibilities:
- Define project scope and objectives in alignment with the Director for Device Supply.
- Develop project charters, resource plans, and detailed project schedules with clear milestones.
- Lead and engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track performance using dashboards and scorecards, providing regular status updates.
- Apply lean and continuous improvement methodologies, incorporating lessons learned for future projects.
- Drive initiatives such as:
- Defining and implementing SKU strategies.
- Ensuring device specifications are met during manufacturing, storage, handling, and transport.
- Implementing injection molding tooling maintenance and replacement strategies.
- Identifying and executing improvements for volume scale-up projects.
- Streamlining procurement, manufacturing, supply, and payment processes.
- Ensuring suppliers meet receiving site requirements.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain discipline.
- Proven project management experience in pharmaceutical operations.
- Background in medical devices, with a strong understanding of MDR regulations.
