Your mission

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the entire realization process of complex material handling systems. A team of specialists supports you. You can manage the expectations of the different stakeholders in the project. You identify, analyze and mitigate project risks and look for opportunities to improve the project result for the customer. You report directly to the Manager Operations. Travel is part of the job, an average of 40%.

Core tasks

  • You will lead a multi-disciplinary project team
  • You will monitor budget and planning for the total project
  • You will manage risks and look for opportunities within the overall scope
  • You manage the expectations of the customer and other stakeholders.
  • You oversee the contract and keep a document trail


Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor level
  • Experience (minimum of three years) in a comparable position
  • Thorough knowledge of contract scope and risk management
  • Leadership skills, able to motivate and bring success to the team
  • Stress resistant, proactive and flexible
  • Candidate must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English
  • Strong relation builder
  • Proven problem-solving ability and strategic thinker
  • Can work on different projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
