Join a trusted, long-standing bank in the Baltics area as a Business Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in shaping financial products and improving operational processes.
This is a full-time, onsite role, ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments and has deep experience in savings, credit, and data-driven analysis.
Your Role:
- Lead business requirement gathering for banking products (savings, credit, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data and reporting requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation
- Prepare clear and detailed documentation (BRDs, functional specs, process flows)
- Support UAT and ensure business alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable plans
What You Bring:
- 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, savings products, and financial reporting
- Experience with data analysis and translating insights into business decisions
- Familiarity with BA tools and methodologies (e.g. BPMN, JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise between business & tech teams
- Fluent in English
