This is a full-time, onsite role, ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments and has deep experience in savings, credit, and data-driven analysis.

Your Role:

• Lead business requirement gathering for banking products (savings, credit, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data and reporting requirements
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation
• Prepare clear and detailed documentation (BRDs, functional specs, process flows)
• Support UAT and ensure business alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable plans

What You Bring:

• 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, savings products, and financial reporting
• Experience with data analysis and translating insights into business decisions
• Familiarity with BA tools and methodologies (e.g. BPMN, JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise between business & tech teams
• Fluent in English
