Have you been leading IT or software projects and feel ready to broaden your impact in the tech world? This role offers a unique opportunity to work on real, physical products that combine software, electronics, sensors, ANPR cameras, and IoT technologies.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Can drive product development from concept to implementation (hardware + software + integrations).
- Is open to exploring technologies beyond software – and eager to learn about electronics and smart device systems.
- Can clearly communicate technical topics to clients, partners, and team members of different backgrounds.
Your Responsibilities
- Support sales teams in preparing technical proposals and evaluating specifications.
- Define product configurations for specific projects, working closely with R&D and clients.
- Provide onboarding and training for partners and integrators.
- Contribute to the product roadmap with insights from customer needs and market trends.
NB: You don't need to be a hardware engineer. We're looking for someone who can bridge business and technology.
- Background in software or IT project/product management.
- Willingness to learn the basics of systems integration, electronics, and hardware-related workflows.
- Interest in IoT, system architecture, and real-world connectivity (RS485, MQTT, Modbus, TCP/IP – we’ll help you get there).
- Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in Latvian and English (written and spoken).
- Experience in industrial environments (e.g. logistics, manufacturing, smart parking).
- Knowledge of hardware installation or production processes.
- Basic understanding of firmware updates or device debugging.
- Competitive salary: €2000–3000 gross, depending on experience.
- Health insurance, birthday gifts, and free parking.
- A real chance to grow into a technical leadership role.
- Development-driven tasks, not just maintenance.
- Friendly, open team and a modern office.
- Free snacks, fruits, tea, coffee – and regular team events.
This role is perfect for someone ready to move from traditional IT project work into a more complex, product-focused, and technically versatile environment – a great stepping stone towards becoming a Platform Lead, Head of Product, or System Architect.
Apply if you're ready to see your work come to life in real-world technology solutions.
