We are looking for a versatile 3D Designer who can bring immersive spaces, animated renders, and game-ready assets to life. This role requires a strong mix of interior design sense, asset creation skills, and animation expertise. Requirements

• Proven experience in 3D design across environments, assets, and animations.
• Proficiency with Blender, 3d Max, Maya, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Unreal / Unity.
• Strong knowledge of lighting, texturing, rendering, and animation pipelines.
• Trend awareness in design and technology, eagerness to experiment.
• Proactive mindset and ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• Fluent English (Russian is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Design and build realistic 3D environments and interiors for virtual studios and gaming spaces.
• Create game assets and props with attention to detail and optimization.
• Deliver animated renders: lighting scenarios, ambient movements, subtle environmental effects.
• Collaborate with art direction, product, and development teams to bring concepts to reality.
• Experiment with new tools and AI-driven workflows to push creativity forward.
• Ensure stylistic consistency and top-quality visuals across projects.
