Data Business Analyst

We are looking for a Data Business Analyst to join our team and support the development of impactful data & analytics solutions. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear digital products, working closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, and development teams. The project covers critical domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and AI & Automation, aiming to drive efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data & analytics environment.
• Background in at least one of the following domains is a must: Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, or AI & Automation.
• Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for development teams.
• Hands-on experience working closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, and development teams.
• Good understanding of data validation, testing, and feedback cycles.
• Ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality in deliverables.
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and supporting product delivery cycles.
• Passion for data & analytics and enthusiasm for driving impactful solutions
  
  

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager to ensure requirements are well-scoped and documented, and delivery priorities are aligned with overall objectives.
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their business needs and define what solutions to build.
• Collect, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into a data & analytics backlog.
• Acting as a bridge between the business and data & analytics by being intimately involved in the design, testing, and implementation of solutions.
• Support data validation, testing, and feedback cycles to ensure delivered solutions meet documented business requirements and add measurable value.
• Educating and evangelizing to their business stakeholders on what data & analytics can do for them.
• Functional expertise in your business domain is a nice-to-have
