Role Overview

As a Data Engineer / DWH Lead, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the financial data warehouse layer. You will ensure data consistency and accuracy across multiple systems, lead technical decision-making in the data domain, and create actionable insights through well-designed visualizations and dashboards. The role involves close collaboration with product, analytics, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across multiple systems.
• Perform data reconciliation and validation.
• Build and maintain the financial data layer in the data warehouse.
• Develop and optimize data visualizations and dashboards in Grafana.
• Lead technical decision-making for scalable and reliable data solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL), including indexing, partitioning, and query optimization.
• Proficiency in Python for data ETL, automation, API integrations, and scheduled jobs.
• Experience with Grafana for data modeling, reporting, and dashboard optimization.
• Background in high-load backend or analytical projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical decisions.
• Experience working closely with product, analytics, and business teams.
• Previous fintech/finance experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of English and Russian.
