Today, it includes professional guides, customer care specialists, marketing and sales teams, operations specialists, IT experts, and many others based in both Vilnius and Iceland.

We're seeking a Graphic Designer with excellent English skills to join our Marketing team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promotional graphics. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning visual content that tells the company’s story, elevates our brand, and captivates our audience across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Designing a variety of creative assets for different marketing channels;
• Partnering with cross-functional teams— marketing, product managers, stakeholders—to bring ideas to life;
• Working with different Arctic Adventures products and brands;
• Ensuring all designs align with our brand guidelines and meet the highest quality standards;
• Staying on top of design trends, bringing fresh ideas to maintain a cutting-edge brand presence;
• Develop custom illustrations and infographics to enhance our storytelling;
• Collaborate with our team to maintain brand consistency across all visuals;
• Brainstorm and pitch innovative ideas for campaigns and content projects;
• Stay up to date on industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge techniques into your work.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience in visual content creation for different marketing channels (print, Meta ads, Google ads, etc.)
• Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual composition
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

Monthly Salary:

• 1800 – 3300 EUR gross monthly (depending on your experience and expertise).
