As an IT and Cyber Security Lead, you'll:

  • Review, update and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with NIST, ISO, and TISAX standards
  • Oversee the security of IT systems, networks, and data, employing advanced SIEM tools for real-time monitoring and threat detection
  • Conduct regular security audits, and risk assessments, and ensure the timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities
  • Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness throughout the organization, providing training and guidance to all employees
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT and cybersecurity-related issues, liaising with external partners and stakeholders as necessary
  • Lead IT and cyber security team

We expect:

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) highly desirable
  • Proven experience in IT and cybersecurity leadership, with a strong background in one of these standarts: NIST, ISO, TISAX
  • Expertise in SIEM tools, network security, and system administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating teams and driving change
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and full proficiency in English are required

The remaining 1-2 days should be worked from the Vilnius office—depending on how many days you spend in Kaunas. You can also work remotely from abroad for up to 183 days a year

Salary range:

Gross salary from 4700-7100 EUR/Month, depending on your experience.
