As an IT and Cyber Security Lead, you'll:
- Review, update and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with NIST, ISO, and TISAX standards
- Oversee the security of IT systems, networks, and data, employing advanced SIEM tools for real-time monitoring and threat detection
- Conduct regular security audits, and risk assessments, and ensure the timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities
- Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness throughout the organization, providing training and guidance to all employees
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT and cybersecurity-related issues, liaising with external partners and stakeholders as necessary
- Lead IT and cyber security team
- Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) highly desirable
- Proven experience in IT and cybersecurity leadership, with a strong background in one of these standarts: NIST, ISO, TISAX
- Expertise in SIEM tools, network security, and system administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating teams and driving change
- Fluency in Lithuanian and full proficiency in English are required
