As a Business Analyst in a global Securities Support team, you will collaborate with a wide range of departments and products across the bank.
You will be providing specialist and technical support across the Large Corporates & Institutions area regarding numerous product streams with the focus on post-trade activities, for the whole value chain of departments (front to back).
This can include (but not be limited to):
- Data analysis
- First line IT defence
- Project management
- Exception handling
- System testing
We are looking for a team player who is keen on efficiently handling many different tasks within an exciting mix of workstreams and will, with attention to detail, deliver high quality on time, coupled with a willingness to continuously improve processes, systems, and automation.

You will:
- Use your ‘IT’ knowledge and skills to assist the team in reaching their goals, including creating, delivering and analysing data
- Understand business needs, elicit, and refine requirements
- Have a chance to use your analytical insights and develop automation/optimisation solutions which would lead to higher efficiency
- Collaborate closely with IT developers in various squads to find the best solutions for the stakeholders and customers
- Support business stakeholders with ongoing questions and issues
- Follow and improve department processes including requirement development, configuration management and testing
- Direct daily communication with a wide range of international stakeholders within the bank as well as external parties globally, ensuring quality service delivery
- Proactively manage risk with a focus on continuous improvement/automatization of our processes and the service we provide to our clients
- 3 years’ work experience in back office or project management (experience with securities post trade Nordic area would be an advantage)
- Experience in developing and managing requirements
- Knowledge and interest in financial markets and banking operations
- Ability to work in a complex area and process large volumes of tasks within tight deadlines across different work streams
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn continuously
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritising urgent tasks and deal with certain levels of unknown
- Advanced English language skills in both speaking and writing
Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
