Snowball has invested in several innovative companies, including the international e-commerce technology company Smart Brands Laboratory, laser optical components manufacturer EKSMA Optics, educational and digital learning solutions provider Tamo Group, high-tech enterprises in the Brolis group, and the data solutions company External Tables.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Snowball’s strategic initiatives across these dynamic sectors to help improve operational efficiency and leverage data for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities across various sectors.
• Develop financial models and analyze investment opportunities to optimize business strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and data visualizations to assist in decision-making processes for senior management.
• Provide business insights and recommendations for market entry, and expansion strategies.
• Collaborating with departments such as production, logistics, commerce, and finance to better understand business processes.
• Supporting financial analysis tasks, with the capability or strong willingness to learn how to build financial models, assist in budgeting, forecasting, and contribute to other finance-related projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Higher education in economics, finance, business analytics, engineering, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of financial analysis, market research, and business strategy.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about various industries, from education technology to high-tech laser components.

Salary:

From 2200 EUR/month before taxes. The final salary offer will depend on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
