Our specialized units provide services such as DevOps, UX/UI, Cyber Security, and Mobile app development. As Internal Project Manager, you'll drive success by managing a diverse portfolio of projects for internal delivery units and in some cases for external clients. Your role will be key person in handling numerous concurrent projects, alongside ad-hoc tasks, support requests, and strategic pre-sales initiatives - all while maintaining a sharp focus on financial management. • Plan specialized unit resources, follow up on risk management
• Communicate and manage internal clients
• Manage data and information for internal reporting (e.g. update resource plans, revenue plans)
• Analyze data and provide insights for internal management meetings and specific reports (e.g. utilization report)
• Assist in the pre-sales process by collecting internal information and preparing offers with specialized units and sales
  

• 3-5 years of professional experience in managing software development projects
• Good communication skills and proven ability to work in a cross-functional team
• Good negotiation skills: ability and willingness to find a fair and balanced problem solution for all involved parties
• Result-oriented team player who could confidently manage a few projects
• Creative problem-solving and can-do approach
• Experience in working with external customers
• Experience in people management
• Attention to details and analytical thinking
• Fluency in English

Salary range: € 3040 - 4560 gross / month
