As part of the leadership team, you will work with stakeholders to optimize performance outcomes, develop new product features, and scale business domains within Relay Freight Auctions. You’ll work in a fast paced environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains. As a multi-discipline leader, the buck will stop with you - you will work alongside engineering (dev and test) organization. To accomplish this, you will be expected to have excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment. You should be somebody who is customer-centric. Prior experience in leading multiple disciplines will be a big plus as well.

Basic Qualifications

• Relevant product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience with end to end product delivery

Experience in owning forums for senior leadership
