About The DWS P.A.C.E. Program
Our 2-year P.A.C.E. program consists of a technical training period and is followed by four six-month rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance.

DWS's Product Division stands at the forefront of innovation in the asset management industry, setting our product suite apart as a key driver for growth in a competitive market. Our mission is to craft high-quality, innovative products that resonate with our clients' needs. We are committed to agile product development, with a focus on customer needs, quality, rapid time-to-market, and profitability across the entire product lifecycle. In this division, you'll find yourself in a stimulating international environment, at the crossroads of collaboration with departments such as the CIO office, sales, product specialists, and infrastructure functions. Your daily activities will involve managing the launch and update processes for investment funds, as well as overseeing the product governance process. Through this program, you will gain extensive insights into the value chain of a global asset manager and learn the significance of partnering with external asset management companies, all while building a broad and diverse internal network.

- Support in overseeing the product governance process
- Gain extensive insights into the value chain of a global asset manager

- Proactive, Agile, Curious and Entrepreneurial Graduates
- Innovators, creative thinkers, and collaborators
- Strong Skills in MS Office Tools
- Driven and committed graduates
- A team player with a curious mind
- Intermediate (B1/B2) German Level and advanced English skills
- Someone with a keen interest in financial services
- You must have graduated or be on track to graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in either 2025 or 2026
