Role Overview

The Information Security Consultant will join the organisation’s Information Security team to support the design, implementation, and monitoring of security measures. The role combines risk management, policy design, and compliance with some practical focus on Microsoft/Azure cloud and collaboration tools used in the environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform risk assessments and implement appropriate security measures for IT systems.
  • Contribute to security architecture designs and evaluate security products and tools.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of information security policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Support security testing and audits of systems, infrastructure, and databases.
  • Monitor compliance with ISO 27000, NIST, and EU security regulations.
  • Prepare clear documentation, policies, and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Provide input on the secure use of Microsoft Azure and O365 services (e.g. Intune configurations, data classification, DLP, Defender for Cloud/Endpoint)
  • Required Experience & Skills

    • Master’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
    • 8+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of information systems security controls and IT security standards (ISO/IEC 27000 series, NIST).
    • Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 security features is a plus.
    • Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
    • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
