About the Role:
We are looking for an IT Project Manager Digital Marketing who will become part of our group IT Consumer Platform.
As an integral member of the IT Consumer Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape that drives our consumer-focused initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning project deliverables with business goals.
You will be responsible for steering complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring that the team consistently delivers value to both internal and external stakeholders. Your day-to-day will involve orchestrating efforts across technical and business domains, identifying dependencies, and proactively mitigating risks before they can impact project outcomes. Through your leadership, you will foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging open dialogue and continuous improvement within the team.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will develop project plans according to project scope, objectives, and approach. You’ll define key activities, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and identify critical milestones and deliverables. Collaboration will be essential, as you’ll engage with business project leaders to discuss and refine plans as the initiative evolves.
You’ll coordinate various project streams to ensure smooth execution across all project phases, involving subject matter experts where necessary and supporting knowledge sharing and best practices between teams. You'll also guide the change management process that enables the transition from project to project.
As the project progresses, you will closely monitor deliverables and schedules, assessing feasibility and recommending proactive solutions to address issues. Keeping stakeholders informed is key—you’ll deliver consistent updates that foster transparency and alignment to the Project Steering Committee and all relevant stakeholders. Financial oversight is also part of your responsibilities, with monthly consolidation of data against budget and plan to provide clear visibility to everyone involved.
You will also orchestrate the suppliers’ selection process and support Procurement and Legal departments in the contract definition.
Facilitating the required change management to move from project to process will be part of your main responsibility in this role: smooth transition (handover) to the RUN organization to ensure the proper service level once the project is live.
If necessary, you will have to coordinate a pool of external Project Managers.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring knowledge from a degree in Management Engineering, Information technology, Computer Science, Economics or similar and 8-10 years of experience.
Ideally, you have experience in a similar role/function of a multinational Company.
Being an excellent communicator with strategic and interpersonal skills, you will conduct and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to assure business continuity throughout the projects’ lifecycle.
You bring strong Project management Skills, knowledge of Agile Methodology and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated skills in Risk Management and mitigation actions are key to guarantee the business continuity and success in this role.
You are fluent in English and proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools and have a strong knowledge as a user in SAP based solutions.
Having a PMP or equivalent Certification will be a strong asset. Although the Project Management is the fundamental capability of this role, a background on the underlying technologies of key projects is a prerequisite: Drupal CMS, OneTrust, Google Marketing Platform, Consumer Data Platforms, and SAP CX CRM.
The role is based in Luxembourg and may require occasional travel to connect with Regional Business Units, IT Delivery Centers CoEs and key external stakeholders.
