What You’ll Be Doing

As a Cyber Security Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects that may include:

  • Leading and executing cybersecurity engagements such as penetration tests (web, infrastructure, and applications), phishing simulations, and red/purple team exercises.
  • Conducting manual and automated security testing to uncover vulnerabilities in systems and applications.
  • Performing cloud security infrastructure reviews to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Advising clients on a wide range of technical and non-technical security issues.
  • Delivering security improvement solutions in areas like vulnerability management, security monitoring (SIEM), and system hardening.

This is a highly dynamic role where no two days will be the same. You’ll work alongside ambitious and skilled team members to solve pressing security challenges for our clients, often in a high-stakes environment. Projects may vary in scope and duration—from several days to multiple months—offering unparalleled exposure to a variety of industries.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with:

  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in areas like security consulting, ethical hacking, penetration testing, and/or cybersecurity assessments.
  • A strong technical toolbox, including professional accreditations such as OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, or equivalent certifications.
  • A solid STEM educational background such as a Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as OWASP, NIST, MITRE, ISO 27001, or PCI-DSS.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Fluency in English is essential—fluency in Dutch is a significant plus (or a willingness to learn).

Bonus points if you bring experience with risk, compliance, IT audits, or business development activities like proposal writing.
