- Hybrid regime (2 days in the office and 3 days at home)
- Flexible hours (8h/day, start between 7:00-10:00 am and end between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm)
Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager to lead key strategic cybersecurity projects across Continental Europe. The role drives remediation initiatives on-premises and in the Cloud, ensuring compliance with security policies and alignment with regional roadmaps.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Lead IT security remediation projects and align with regional strategies.
- Define technical and functional security requirements for key projects.
- Develop project plans with objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Drive execution and monitor risks, issues, and financial aspects.
- Report project KPIs and progress to senior management.
- Support deployment of security solutions while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Contribute to defining security best practices and governance.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Education: BS in Computer Science or Information Security (MS preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years in Security Project Management, 4+ years in Compliance/Audit.
- Knowledge of identity management, enterprise architecture, vulnerability management, application security.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, PMP).
- Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002/27005, NIST CSF, GDPR, NIS2, SOX.
- Experience with cloud infrastructures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Languages: Fluent English, French is a plus.
Complementary Requirements:
- Security certifications (ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM or equivalent).
- Familiarity with COBIT, CMMI, ITIL.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Structured, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
