This position is a unique opportunity to work at the crossroads of the diagnostic and pharmaceutical industries.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage and execute key commercial and operational activities to ensure launch readiness and market success for diagnostic assay developed through our clients partnership. Your role will be to drive critical workstreams involving third-party partners, internal cross-functional teams, and other pharmaceutical collaborators.

Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Market Access
- Develop the commercial strategy in close collaboration with our clients Pharma partner, including defining launch readiness criteria, creating the launch plan, and outlining the tactical plan
- Work with the Market Access team to define the optimal approach to payors by creating a strategic forecast and clarifying inquiries
- Define the assay's value proposition to create a compelling access narrative
- Partner with the Pricing team to define the appropriate Average Selling Price (ASP) for the assay, based on forecast reviews and market intelligence
- Work closely with key functions (e.g. R&D, operations, CDMA) on delivery of development milestones on time and on-budget
Third-Party Partner & Legal Management
- Lead third-party negotiations in collaboration with the Partnering team to define Partner Channel conditions (e.g., labeling, packaging, documentation) with various key partners
- Collaborate directly with the Legal department on the creation and finalization of contracts for all third-party partners
Operational Readiness & Forecasting
- Coordinate the shipping of materials to third-party partners, working with our clients affiliates in prioritized countries, including Japan, the USA, and the EU
- Develop and refine the strategic forecast in collaboration with Operations and the Project Leader, making adjustments based on input from our clients Pharma partner
Stakeholder Engagement
- Active and frequent participation in project-related meetings to ensure alignment and execution - including regular check-ins with the core project team, commercial teams, technical sub-teams, and external partners, as well as on-demand meetings with functions such as Legal, Operations, Market Access, and affiliates to drive progress and resolve issues
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Scientific or Marketing Background or degree with a strong business acumen
- Experience in the Coagulation space and/or pharma-dia partnerships
- Min. 5 Years of Experience in healthcare, ideally in Diagnostics with coagulation and/or pharma-dia partnership
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills to work across global teams and external partners
- Strong Leadership and Influencing Capabilities to drive alignment and execution of product strategies
- Passion for Customer and Patient-Centric Solutions and a drive for continuous improvement
- Fluency in English
