Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Product Owner in the Product & Experience Team, you will play a central role in designing and delivering user-centric HR solutions that align with business needs, customer expectations, and the broader HR transformation strategy. You will define the future product vision, strategy, and success metrics, ensuring that solutions are intuitive, engaging, and impactful for employees, managers, and HR teams.
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and key metrics in alignment with HR transformation goals.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, process experts, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements.
- Translate business and user needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities.
- Champion user-centric design principles, ensuring solutions deliver seamless and intuitive experiences.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and testing teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Monitor product performance and adoption, using data to guide continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment between product features and compliance, governance, and security requirements.

- Proven track record as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital product development.
- Experience in delivering enterprise-grade solutions, ideally in an HR or people-related context.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance business priorities and user needs.
- Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and product release planning.
- AI expertise applied to the HR domain.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Swiss/EU passport or valid permit required.
- Experience with HR technology platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or ServiceNow HRSD.
- Familiarity with AI/automation integration into HR products.
- Understanding of HR processes and employee experience design.
- Product Owner or Agile certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent).
