Job Description

Starting on January 2026 and as a Product Designer Intern at LittleBIG Connection, your mission is to craft seamless and impactful user experiences that align with our business goals and user needs. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between users, product teams, and technology, ensuring our solutions are both intuitive and scalable in a fast-evolving market.

Your missions


  • Design user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct user research, testing, and prototyping to deliver intuitive designs.
  • Translate complex ideas into elegant design solutions using Figma.
  • Advocate for best UI/UX practices while contributing to a scalable design system.
  • Work with a "product culture" mindset, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.


Your profile


  • First experience in Figma, prototyping, and design principles.
  • Understanding of user research, testing, and workshop facilitation.
  • Understanding of product culture and its importance in delivering value.
  • Ability to align design work with business objectives and user outcomes.
  • Great collaboration and communication skills.
  • Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity.
