We are seeking an UX Lead to shape and elevate the user experience across our digital products. In this role, you will guide design strategy, mentor the UX team, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions that drive engagement and business impact.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Drive business with journey optimizations/re-design
- Your focus is on the creation of state-of-the-art user interfaces, detailed mockups, prototypes and design specifications
- On top you have a variety of UX research methods at hand, both quantitative and qualitative, to gather relevant user insights and validate the success of existing digital touchpoints
- You strive to increase business targets in sales, care and innovation areas
- You are also able to present your solutions and lead discussions with colleagues and stakeholders, to make sure we deliver based on our user centered design approach
- You will be working within an agile team, supporting the product owner and other team members, as well as being part of the UX chapter, where you share expertise and collaborate with other UX researchers, architects, and designer
- Bachelor or Master degree in a related field
- 7+ years of proven UX/UI design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor designers and influence/develop the team
- Hands-on experience working in lean, agile organizations: expert in iterative work, balancing speed, quality, and customer value
- Expertise in design tools (Figma preferred) and with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of the telecom industry or experience in "services" appreciated
