Your Role & Contribution
We are seeking an Operations & HR Coordinator to provide crucial support to our internal operations and people processes. You will combine administrative responsibilities (contracts, coordination, onboarding) with key HR activities (talent acquisition, interviews, employee support). This role is vital for ensuring our team and freelancers have everything they need to deliver excellent work for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Team & Resource Coordination: Manage team schedules, project allocations, and resource planning. You'll also review invoices and dedication to ensure accuracy.
- Contracts & Administration: Draft, manage, and track client contracts and freelancer agreements. You'll also handle onboarding and offboarding processes for all joiners and leavers.
- HR & Talent: Support talent acquisition by sourcing candidates and conducting first-round interviews. You'll coordinate recruitment from job posting to offer stage and act as a primary point of contact for HR-related queries.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in an HR operations, HR generalist, or operations/admin role.
- A solid understanding of HR processes (recruitment, contracts, onboarding, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders (internal team, freelancers, clients).
- Proficiency with productivity tools like Google Workspace and MS Office.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a small, entrepreneurial environment.
