Your project

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Global Data Protection & Privacy Compliance Manager for one of our client in the chemical industry, based in Basel Switzerland.

Your main responsibilities

• Define and drive the group-wide data protection and privacy strategy
• Establish and optimize governance frameworks, policies, and processes
• Oversee implementation and use of privacy management platforms (e.g., OneTrust)
• Lead privacy impact assessments, incident response, and data subject rights management
• Build and engage the privacy community: training, awareness, stakeholder alignment

Your profile

• Deep expertise in GDPR and global regulations (CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA, AI Act)
• Proven track record in managing multi-country privacy compliance programs
• Strong knowledge of privacy management tools, particularly OneTrust
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead international teams
• Solid skills in crisis management, governance, and change enablement
