Our client, a multinational company based in Fribourg, is looking for an experienced Sage X3 professional to join the growing IT team.
Job Description
Under the coordination of the Sage X3 Project Manager, this role will involve active participation in all phases of the project, covering the Finance, Sales, Inventory, and Purchasing modules:
- Involvement in the needs assessment, definition, and assistance with solution configuration
- Analysis of existing systems and identification of needs
- Processing and support of customer requests
- Conducting testing, configuration, and deployment on site
- Ongoing support and training of end users (on-site and remotely)
- The position is based in Fribourg, Switzerland, with frequent travel abroad for the deployment and support of the Sage X3 ERP (30 to 50 days per year).
Required qualifications and skills:
Diploma in Business Information Technology or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience as a Sage X3 ERP functional analyst.
Rigorous, autonomous, with an analytical and synthesis mindset and excellent interpersonal skills. - Very good understanding of ERP system architecture and the ability to work with technical teams to adapt technology to specific business needs.
Strong analytical, listening, and synthesis skills to effectively translate user needs into viable technical solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for end-user training and support, as well as for coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
Language Skills:
French: Complete fluency required (oral and written)
English: Advanced level required (oral and written)
