Your role with us

• You will work as part of a global team in the RTST (Regional Technology Services Team) organization. RTST delivers business value by providing top-tier technical, functional, and integration expertise for proprietary products.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Work with technical teams to ensure clear understanding and clear deliverables.
• Support project delivery and change management efforts.
• Maintain documentation and help improve business analysis practices across the organisation.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - in English.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively between business and technical teams.
• Experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

Nice to have

• Prior experience on a technical role.
• Knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools.
• Understanding of integration projects or API-driven platforms.
• Experience with cloud environments is a plus.
