Your role with us
- You will work as part of a global team in the RTST (Regional Technology Services Team) organization. RTST delivers business value by providing top-tier technical, functional, and integration expertise for proprietary products.
- You would be joining a company built and run by IT professionals who love what they do and value efficiency, enthusiasm, and smart decision-making.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Work with technical teams to ensure clear understanding and clear deliverables.
- Support project delivery and change management efforts.
- Maintain documentation and help improve business analysis practices across the organisation.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - in English.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively between business and technical teams.
- Experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Nice to have
- Prior experience on a technical role.
- Knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools.
- Understanding of integration projects or API-driven platforms.
- Experience with cloud environments is a plus.
