Senior Frontend Developer

3 month contract assignment - Frontend engineer - Stockholm

I'm looking to speak with frontend/fullstack engineers who are open to a new 3-month (initially) project (full time), at one of Stockholm's well-known startups.

They can onboard immediately, and you'll work as part of a small but super talented team of developers and engineers, on optimizing and maintaining their highest-revenue product, and delivering genuine value for their customers.

Swedish fluency/professional level speaking in a requirement.

React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Redux, Kubernetes, GCP, GitHub

What You'll Do

• Ship user-facing features end-to-end from discovery to release.
• Work with customers to turn feedback into iterative improvements.
• Own code quality: structure, testing strategy, performance, security, error handling.
• Collaborate across product, design, and backend; lead your own work and unblock others.

Must-Haves

• Troubleshooting mindset; proactive continuous improvement.
• Strong modern UI/UX instincts and utility-first CSS experience (Tailwind).
• Pragmatic balance of speed vs. polish.
• Customer-facing experience from feedback to release.
• Excellent communication in English and Swedish.
• Secure coding expertise, authentication protocols (OIDC, JWT), robust error handling.
• Best-practice advocate across code structure, tests, quality, and performance.
• Ownership, self-leadership, and effective collaboration.
• Deep grasp of modern web paradigms: functional programming, predictable state management, component architecture.
• Track record of testable, readable, maintainable code.

Nice-to-Haves

• Implemented a design system UI.
• Modern frontend testing implementation.
• Experience with drag-and-drop solutions.
• Exposure to Kubernetes and/or GCP.
• Comfortable with customer exposure
