About the role

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer/Developer who wants to take ownership of our technical journey with the potential to step into the role of CTO as we grow.

You will be hands-on from day one, building and scaling the platform that will become the industry standard for representative data. Over time, you will grow into a leadership position, building and guiding our in-house tech team, and shaping a more autonomous, fully user-led platform.

What you will be doing

• Developing and scaling our platform (currently built with Laravel, Blade, MySQL)
• Coordinating and managing external development partners
• Building the foundations of an in-house tech team
• Automating and optimising development and deployment processes
• Working closely with product and strategy to align tech direction with user needs and company goals
• Possibly leading the transition of our frontend from Blade to React (or similar) if needed

What we are looking for

You are a full stack engineer with strong technical skills, but also with the ambition and drive to grow into a CTO role. You love translating technology into business value and thrive in fast-moving, purpose-driven environments.

We believe you bring:

• Solid experience with PHP and Laravel (Most important)
• Strong understanding of frontend development (Blade, React or Vue.js)
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL or similar)
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and security
• Comfort with DevOps (Git, CI/CD, server deployment)
• Experience leading projects or coordinating teams
• SaaS experience or passion for building scalable platforms
• Product thinking and a user-first mindset
• Fluency in Swedish and English, additional languages are a bonus

Residency requirements

Applicants must be based in Sweden and have the legal right to work here. You need to be able to be in Stockholm at least 2/5 days a week - prefferably more.
