As Product Manager, you’ll steer both strategy and execution: turning customer insights into brilliant new solutions, developing our offerings, and making sure every seller feels guided, confident, and supported throughout their journey. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, and other bright minds to create experiences that delight our sellers, while also driving growth and value for the company.
What You’ll Be Up To 🏡
As a Product Manager in the Seller Success team, you’ll set the direction and define the long-term vision for our product, making sure it aligns with Hemnet’s overall goals. You’ll work closely with colleagues in tech, UX, analytics and across the business to turn strategies into reality and deliver strong go-to-market plans.
Your focus will always be on tuning in the customer: using insights and data to continuously refine and personalize the seller journey. Through discovery, testing and iteration, you’ll make sure every step of the flow adds value and feels effortless for our users.
In this role, you’ll also be a catalyst for collaboration and growth. You’ll inspire your team to challenge assumptions, prioritize what matters most, and work seamlessly across departments. When faced with complexity or ambiguity, you’ll bring clarity through adaptive communication and decisive action. And, just as importantly, you’ll embrace feedback and use it to drive continuous improvement, for yourself, your team, and the way we build products at Hemnet.

Required Skills
- Relevant experience in product management, business development or similar, preferably from tech scale-ups or mature companies with commercial product exposure
- Strong commercial product experience
- Proven expertise in creating product strategy and vision, and experience with Agile product development
- Strong background in product discovery and user research, with a data-driven approach to decision making
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of Agile or Lean practices, with hands-on experience driving iterative product development, continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of collaboration
- Fluency in Swedish and English

- Hands-on technical experience and familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
