About The Role
We are now looking for a talented mid-level Product Designer to join our team in Stockholm for a substitute period of 9–12 months with a main focus on designing our mobile application, ensuring beautiful, consistent, and highly usable experiences that help customers engage with their energy systems. Our customer-facing app isn’t just another digital product, it directly operates our intelligent Aira Heat Pump, and will soon integrate with solar, EV charging, and battery solutions. This is a unique opportunity to design digital experiences that connect users with real, life-changing energy technology in their homes.
In this role, you will:
- Design responsive, user-centered interfaces following UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards.
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate user flows and interactions.
- Contribute to our design system by building scalable components, and style guides that ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Support and conduct usability and prototype testing, applying insights to improve the customer experience.
- Design and refine both new features and existing app experiences, bringing variety and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and smooth handoffs.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, with strong focus on UI and app design.
- A portfolio showcasing pixel-perfect, user-centered design work on mobile or web apps.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Experience in design systems and component management.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience working in agile teams.
- Experience designing complex digital products, with the ability to grasp technical aspects and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
