We’re seeking a Product Owner who will be their first product hire and take full ownership of product discovery and development 🚀. You will work closely with engineering 🛠️, data science 📊, and customer success 💬 teams to ensure that their product delivers real, measurable value and is seamlessly adopted into users’ daily workflows.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Define and deliver the product vision & roadmap aligned with company goals
• ✅ Work closely with developers to translate requirements into features
• ✅ Collaborate with customer success to capture user insights and improve product experience
• ✅ Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
• ✅ Write clear user stories and translate them into product specifications
• ✅ Track product performance and use data to guide decisions
• ✅ Drive user adoption and engagement strategies

Requirements:

• 📅 5+ years’ experience in Product Owner / Product Management roles with B2B SaaS
• 🖥️ Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate with development teams
• 🔄 Experienced in agile frameworks and stakeholder management
• 📊 Data-driven, analytical thinker with excellent communication skills (English)
• 🏆 Proven record of delivering successful product adoption

Nice-to-have: forecasting/predictive analytics SaaS expertise, ML familiarity 🤓, UX/UI background 🎨, or start-up/scale-up experience.
