Strategy & Program Management (S&PM) was established in 2022 as the cross functional hub for all product related matters with the purpose: To lead the creation of products that exceed our customers’ expectations every day, and in every way.

What You'll Do

Design machine learning systems to create artificial intelligence applications and products. Research and implement algorithms and tools, create machine learning models, train/retrain systems, conduct learning tests and experiments, and develop applications according to requirements. Extend existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.

What You'll Bring

You should have a proven track record of full value flow in machine learning systems, proven experience in building and scaling operational Machine Learning systems and proven experience in machine learning methodology evaluation used in deployments. Understanding of current generational AI/ML/GenAI TechStack together with an interest in future trend is beneficial to keep up with fast paced development.

Some skills you would bring is your experience with machine Learning Algorithms, Deep Learning, Feature Engineering, Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning and Generative Pre-trained Transformers (GPT).

Programming languages: (Python), Pandas, Jupyter Notebooks, TensorFlow, Version Control (Git)

You would bring a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computational biology/chemistry or Computer Science as well as 3-5 year of relevant working experience.
