Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading development and operations programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Ability to define clear goals and strategic direction, and effectively translate them into actionable, tactical plans for day-to-day operations
  • Strong background in managing business change initiatives, collaborating across business units, IT teams, and vendors, especially for large and diverse user bases
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across globally distributed teams and functions
  • Hands-on expertise in incident and problem management, ensuring timely resolution and continuous service improvement
