Project Manager

We’re actively seeking a PMO Manager to join their growing team in Sweden, a leading player in the data centre infrastructure sector. The right candidate will be instrumental in driving governance, project execution, and continuous improvement across a portfolio of critical infrastructure projects.

As PMO Manager, you’ll take ownership of the project governance framework and provide oversight and support to a range of programs and projects, particularly in the areas of data center design, build, and operational upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement project management standards, processes, and templates across all project teams.
• Lead the planning, tracking, and reporting of multiple concurrent data centre infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with engineering, construction, IT, and operations teams to ensure deliverables are met.
• Maintain project governance, risk management, and change control procedures.
• Support project managers with resource planning and issue resolution.
• Report regularly to executive stakeholders on project status, risks, and KPIs.
• Manage PMO tools and ensure high-quality documentation and reporting.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading or managing a PMO function, preferably within the data centre, telecom, IT infrastructure, or critical facilities space.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure project life cycles, particularly in construction and IT systems integration.
• Comfortable with both high-level strategy and hands-on project support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a PMO or leadership role.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Fluent in English; Swedish or another Nordic language is a strong advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are desirable.
