Your team
Join our dynamic Frontend Engineering team where we're revolutionizing mobile trading through innovative React Native applications for mobile and web. You'll be instrumental in delivering seamless, high-performance mobile experiences that empower traders to make split-second decisions in fast-moving financial markets. Our team is at the forefront of frontend fintech innovation, directly impacting how hundreds of thousands of users engage with trading platforms daily.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of complex React Native features for our award-winning trading platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Architect scalable mobile solutions that handle real-time financial data streams and high-frequency trading operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver features that drive business growth
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making that shapes our mobile development standards
- Drive mobile-first innovation, implementing cutting-edge technologies to stay ahead in the competitive fintech landscape
What you'll need for this role
- 5+ years of React Native development experience with a proven track record of delivering production mobile applications
- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React hooks, Redux/Context API, and mobile development best practices
- Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) and ability to write custom native modules when needed
- Solid understanding of react performance optimization, including memory management, rendering optimization, and efficient API integration
- Experience with real-time data handling, WebSocket connections, and high-frequency data updates in mobile environments
- Knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines, specially Gitlab, automated testing frameworks, and app store deployment processes
- Familiarity with financial services or trading platforms is highly desirable but not essential
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
