HealthTech Innovations Teknoloji AS is seeking a skilled Middle DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with software engineers and IT teams to manage the deployment of applications and ensure a seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for enhancing our CI/CD processes, automating infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability of our systems.

We are a Ankara-based eHealth company that is certified and committed to improving the quality of life for numerous individuals. Our development team currently comprises 15 professionals partly located in Ankara and others in various EU member states, but our goal is to have the entire team based in our offices in Ankara.
Our new offices are at Next Level Loft Offices: Kızılırmak Mah. Ufuk Üniversitesi Cad., Ankara.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for application deployment
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot incidents
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and deployment processes
- Implement best practices for security and compliance within the DevOps framework
- Maintain and improve documentation for processes and infrastructure
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve our DevOps practices
- 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency with Azure, Azure DevOps, and cloud technologies
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and related workflows
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant certifications in Azure or DevOps are a plus
