Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager Poland & Baltics HUB to join our Logistic and Client Service team in Warsaw, reporting directly to the Finance and Administration Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the entire regional supply chain, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction across Poland and the Baltic countries.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Regional Supply Chain Management:
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies for the region to ensure seamless end-to-end operations from sourcing to delivery.
- Oversee supplier selection, contract negotiation and relationship management to ensure high-quality and reliable supply.
- Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, marketing, production in France and finance) to align supply with business needs and market demands.
Customer & Key Account Supply Chain:
- Manage relationships with strategic retail and pharmacy clients to ensure timely product availability and optimized stock levels.
- Analyze and anticipate customer demand, coordinating with planning and distribution teams to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer service, delivery performance and order fulfillment.
- Lead initiatives to improve collaboration and operational alignment with key clients.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity in warehousing, transport, and distribution processes.
- Implement new tools, procedures, and best practices to optimize cost, efficiency, and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining high standards across the supply chain.
Collaboration & Influence:
- Act as a regional supply chain expert, coordinating cross-functional activities and influencing internal stakeholders to achieve operational objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to a direct report and external partners, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare analyses, dashboards, and reports for senior management and group-level decision-making.
- Use data-driven insights to support strategic planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably with a regional scope and experience in retail/pharmacy chains
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and budget management skills.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of independent decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems.
- Fluent in Polish and English (knowledge of French is an asset).
