Role Description

We're seeking a talented full-time Product Designer who can translate complex prediction market mechanics into intuitive, engaging user experiences. You'll be instrumental in designing interfaces that make trading outcomes as simple as placing a bet, while maintaining the sophistication needed for serious traders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive interfaces for prediction markets in sports (NFL, UFC) , esports (LoL, Valorant), and crypto trading, emphasizing real-time data visualization.
• Develop visual systems for displaying order books, portfolio management, wallet integration, and transaction interfaces.
• Design social UI components including user profiles, daily quests, leaderboards, and achievement systems.
• Build mobile-first PWA interfaces optimized for cross-device betting and trading experiences.
• Create data visualization components for live odds, match results, trading charts, and real-time market movements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on product development, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and maintain design systems for consistent UX across all platform features.
• Design onboarding flows that educate new users about prediction markets while minimizing friction.
• Design KYC/AML flows that meet regulatory requirements while maintaining user experience.

Technical Requirements

• Design Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Expertise in user-centered design principles, accessibility, and conversion-focused UX strategies
• Understanding of trading interfaces, order books, and market mechanics
• Ability to deliver responsive, mobile-first web designs and optimize for performance across devices
• Proficient in developing interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder feedback
• Familiarity with Web3, cryptocurrency wallet integrations, and blockchain-enabled workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience, in fintech, trading, gaming, or cryptocurrency platforms
• Demonstrated expertise designing for betting, financial, or crypto exchange applications
• Strong understanding of trading platform UX, including market data visualization, order management, and portfolio interfaces
• Experience designing Web3 wallet interfaces, DeFi flows, and blockchain-based user journeys
• Proficient in gamification and engagement-driven interface design for digital products
• Familiarity with crypto trading, blockchain applications, and dynamic, real-time user interfaces
• Experience designing user interfaces featuring embedded multimedia content such as video highlights, replays, and interactive elements.
