To support its mission, IPF Digital seeks a talented Mid UX/UI Designer. This role is about improving how websites look and work, building flexible design and making sure everything stays consistent across different platforms and countries. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, technical expertise and a user-centered approach to contribute to the company's success.


Your daily tasks:

  • Define, design, and enhance the UX/UI of financial web products tailored for diverse market needs
  • Improve user experience of self-service functionalities, simplify onboarding journeys with opportunities for cross-selling products
  • Manage and develop design systems in Figma, maintaining consistency and scalability across web products
  • Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Effectively communicate and advocate for design concepts, presenting UX/UI rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work with developers using foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS to make sure the designs can be implemented.
  • Provide support for native mobile app initiatives (iOS/Android) as required, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.


So, what skills, knowledge and experience do you have?


Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Working effectively both independently and as a member of a team
  • Presenting and defending the concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluency in written and verbal business English (Essential)


Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of UX/UI methodology for web and mobile products
  • Acquaintance in analytical and testing tools such as Hotjar, Contentsquare, VWO, GA4 or others
  • Proficiency in Figma with experience in creating and managing design systems and prototyping
  • Foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Strong understanding of user–centred design principals


Experience

  • Proven competence in UX/UI methodology, solutions and tools demonstrated through successfully completed design projects in areas such as e-commerce, cross-selling, mobile wallets, loyalty programs, subscription services, self-service features, customer onboarding


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a web UX/UI designer
  • 1-2 years of experience in native app design (iOS / Android)
