Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns;
- Support the management of employee life cycle events (probation, transfers, exits, etc.);
- Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and satisfaction surveys;
- Monitor feedback and contribute to building a positive, inclusive workplace culture;
- Support internal communication and culture-building activities.
2. Training & Development
- Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure new hires receive proper orientation and training;
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and compliance training;
- Track training attendance, effectiveness, and employee development progress;
- Contribute to building a structured training and knowledge-sharing framework.
3. Recruitment Support
- Manage the recruitment process for assigned roles, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination;
- Work with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide recommendations;
- Maintain and optimize recruitment channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
4. Payroll & HR Administration
- Collect and verify employee data for payroll processing in coordination with external providers;
- Ensure accuracy of basic payroll-related information (new joiners, leavers, absence records, etc.);
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and prepare HR reports when required;
- Support other HR projects or initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles;
- Familiarity with recruitment practices and tools, including sourcing and interview techniques;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset;
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- English proficiency required (verbal and written); additional language skills are a plus.
