About PlayWill


We’re an Istanbul-based mobile game publisher. We test fast, launch clean, and scale what players actually love. Small team, high bar, zero fluff.



The role


Own the entire creative pipeline across UA, store presence, trailers, and in-engine capture. You’ll run a fast testing cadence, lead a compact team (artists + devs + editors), and turn data into winning ideas with Product, UA, and Data.



What you’ll do


  • Set channel-native creative strategy for Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, Mintegral and others; define formats, hooks, and iteration rhythm.
  • Run a rapid test → learn → refresh loop to beat fatigue (short-form/UGC included).
  • Drive playable ads end-to-end: concept, iterations, QA, hand-off.
  • Lead Unity capture & polish (Cinemachine/Timeline/Recorder) and keep clear shot lists/guides.
  • Own post-production: After Effects + Premiere for motion, compositing, and trailers.
  • Ship ASO assets (icons, screenshots, preview videos) aligned to UA learnings.
  • Build the machine: airtight briefs, specs, file hygiene, versioning, creator/UGC direction, vendor management.



Must-haves


  • Unity (intermediate+) for in-engine capture and scene prep.
  • After Effects/Premiere (expert) for performance ads and trailers.
  • A track record of winning creatives for mobile games (casual / hybrid-casual / mid-core).
  • Platform instincts: TikTok-first vertical, Meta guidelines, AppLovin/Mintegral specs; comfort with HTML5/playables workflows.
  • Team leadership: hiring, coaching, weekly creative reviews.



Nice to have


  • 3D (Blender/Maya/C4D), audio, color/LUT pipelines, UGC creator direction.
  • Comfort reading MMP dashboards with UA/Data for creative-level learning.



What success looks like (first 90 days)


  • A working creative playbook with 3–5 proven hooks per title.
  • Refresh cadence that keeps IPM/CTR up and CPI trending down.
  • Playable ad pipeline live (specs, QA, performance targets).
  • Store assets that lift CVR and match UA learnings.
