Requirements:


- 2+ years of experience in HR;

- In-depth knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR administrative procedures (contracts, payroll basics, leave, overtime, terminations, SGK processes);

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields;

- Training in Human Resources, its procedures, and policies will be a plus;

- Strong communication, people, and management skills;

- Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude;

- Fluent English (B2+) – written and spoken; daily communication with international teams and documentation in English;


- Proficiency in HR tech tools:

1) HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Personio, Kolay İK)

2) Task tracking/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)


- Confident working with social security (SGK), handling benefits, taxes, and employment documentation.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities – able to handle various workflows in parallel.

- Proactive mindset – anticipates needs and proposes improvements rather than waiting for instructions.

- Adaptability and resilience – comfortable in fast-paced and changing environments.

- High ethical standards and attention to detail in all people-related matters.


Responsibilities:


- Managing the full employee lifecycle, building a strong partnership with teams.

- End-to-end HR administration: Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, time tracking, leave, overtime, and terminations, in compliance with Turkish Labor Law.

- Labor law compliance & internal consulting: Advising managers and teams on employment-related matters – probation periods, terminations, paid/unpaid leave, compensations, and benefits.

- Employee file & records management: Maintaining accurate personnel records, ensuring timely registration with SGK (Social Security Institution), managing sick leave, parental leave, and related documentation.

- Event & culture initiatives: Planning and executing internal events, team buildings, training days, onboarding sessions, and wellbeing initiatives.

- External vendor coordination: Collaborating with legal advisors, payroll providers, EOR partners, and government institutions.

- Recruitment support (nice to have): Participating in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.


Would be a plus:


- Hands-on experience in recruitment – managing office roles, interviewing, or working with external recruiters.

- Experience organizing employee training and development initiatives.

- Familiarity with other HR domains: performance management, engagement surveys, EVP development, or internal communications.
