Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, informatics, math, science with related business discipline experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a successful project manager in software projects,
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Possessing knowledge and experience on POS products is an advantage,
- Possessing knowledge and experience on project management tools (MS Project, Visio, Jira etc.),
- Open to innovations and development, result-oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Preferably holding project management certificates: PMP, PSM etc.,
- Proficiency in project management processes.
- Experienced in scope, budget, resource, schedule and contract management.
- Strong analytical, communication skills combined with very good attention to detail.
- Skillful use of interpersonal skills and influence to accomplish work and ensure optimal team performance.
- Stays up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
What you will do
- Develop effective relationships with enterprise architecture team to enable successful delivery of services and solutions.
- End to end project management - project planning, documentation, scheduling, finances, tracking, technical handover.
- Experience with international customers.
- Strong teamwork and cross-collaboration skills.
- A natural curiosity enables knowledge acquisition in new areas crucial for ongoing projects.
- Leading high visibility strategic programs made up of multiple teams/work streams.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues identified throughout the delivery of initiatives.
- Using strong project and organizational knowledge, leadership, and active facilitation to ensure effective team meetings and support high performance teams.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency, coupled with outstanding communication skills.
- Prepare, manage, and update project plans.
- Coordinate with technical teams and manage daily operations.
- Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress and present to senior management.
