RADIO NETWORK PLANNING & OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Radio Network Planning & Optimization Engineer to join our team at Huawei. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and optimizing radio networks to ensure high performance and quality of service. Key Requirements:

• Well-developed communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• BSc or MSc degree in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering,
• 5+ years experience in LTE RF Planning & Optimization + 5G Experience
• Good knowledge of U2000, Mapinfo and related Tests Tools
• Good knowledge at 4,5G & 5G planning and optimization processes, analysis/monitoring.
• Good knowledge of Huawei Equipments.
• Good knowledge of Huawei 4,5G&5G features and parameters.
• Good level in both written/spoken English and Turkish.
• Willingness to work on-site

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for 5G networks E2E performance management, follow network and drive test KPIs and achieve targeted values.
• Responsible for Service Quality Improvement. Especially 5G and LTE services including VoLTE, VoNR, Data optimization etc.
• Responsible for RF Optimization and network tuning.
• Will be interface with customer and owner of network performance related issues in responsibility area.
• Responsible for drive test and network KPIs cluster optimization and acceptance activities
• Learning and implementing technical cases, new features and offer parameter changes, providing support to customer on technical scenarios.
• Responsible for RF planning and 5G site selection techniques. (Nominal plan, re-plan, RSD, capacity, dimensioning etc.)
• Work with regional operator engineers frequently. Learn, adapt and implement new features and technologies in 5G networks.
• Lead and support drive test subcontractors.
